All bills paid:
Electricity, water, sewer, trash, and WiFi included in every rate, every stay length.
Check-in:
Contact the office during business hours (9 AM–6 PM, Monday–Saturday) to arrange your arrival. Once arranged, late or after-hours arrival is not a problem. Check-out is 12 PM; late check-out is billed as an additional night.
Monthly guests:
Rent is due monthly on your check-in anniversary date (the same day of the month you originally checked in) — there is no prorated partial month. A $25 late-payment fee accrues for each day starting on the 4th day past your due date (the day after a 3-day grace period) — for example, a payment 6 days late owes $75 (3 days of accrual × $25). Accounts more than 7 days past due will be asked to vacate. No partial payments. All monthly stays are month-to-month.
Cancellations:
Full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee for cancellations 7+ days before arrival. No refunds inside 7 days.
