What’s at the Park
Hookups:
All 8 sites are 50-amp with full water, sewer, electric, and trash service. WiFi included at every site.
Site size:
Sites are a minimum of 40 feet wide — significantly more room than the industry-standard ~15-foot spacing — giving you real distance from your neighbors. All sites are back-in only.
RV length:
No length restriction — if your rig is legal to drive on the road, it will fit.
Packages & mail:
We accept package deliveries (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.) at the office. Per park policy, U.S. Mail cannot be received on-site — guests needing mail service should set up a PO Box with USPS.
Pets:
Pets are welcome. Leash your pet outside your RV and clean up after them.
Facilities not on-site:
This is a hookup-based RV community — we do not have a laundry facility or shower house on the property.
RV requirements:
All RVs must be fully operational and well-maintained. RVs 10 years or older are subject to ownership approval — send current photos of all four sides of the RV for review before move-in.
Quiet hours:
10 PM–7 AM. Park speed limit is 7 mph throughout.
Site selection:
Guests generally choose their own available site at move-in — this is arranged in person or by phone when you arrive, not through any availability display on the website. Let us know if you have specific needs and we’ll help match you to the right site.
